APPLY FOR THE MENA RIH CALL FOR INNOVATIONS
We are pleased to announce that the Water and Energy for Food (WE4F) – MENA Regional Innovation Hub, led by Berytech and in collaboration with Chemonics Egypt, cewas and IWMI, has launched its first call for proposal. WE4F is a global initiative financed by BMZ, Government of Netherlands, Sida and USAID to support green businesses and technological innovations in the agri-food sector and water-energy-food nexus
The main objective of WE4F is to assist scaling mid-to later-stage enterprises [established and monetizing], and innovators who work in the MENA region and have products, technologies or services with proven business models, from their local market to a regional level, or from hundreds of end-users to thousands of end-users.
Selected WE4F enterprises will benefit from attractive tools and mechanisms that will de-risk their investment, including up to $300K of cash grants (milestones based &/or matching grant), investment readiness and facilitation support, individualized technical assistance(s), networking opportunities, and linkage to investors and financiers.
If you are an entrepreneur working in the water-energy-food sector, and are looking to scale your businesses and help farmers grow more food with less water and energy, make sure to apply for the WE4F MENA Regional Innovation Hub’s first Call for Innovations by December 15th on the link: www.we4f.org/apply-mena
We look forward to receiving you application and to collaborating with you for making an impact.
