has launched a call for tenders for the development of a Virtual Community of Practice. The

, implementing partner based in Tunisia, has open a call for applications to create an online space where public sector organisations, business service providers, start-ups and entrepreneurs can connect and find information, training, advice and best practices guidelines regarding Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

The winning offer will be responsible for the creation, promotion and management of the Virtual Community of Practice. For the submission of proposals, candidates must send a technical offer with the description of their work enclosed with a financial offer. CETTEX will support the winning offer to promote the community and build an active user base.
