Berytech is hiring a Senior Marketing Consultant for the DAWERR Activity. The Senior Marketing Consultant (we are targeting) will be s

upporting the team in creating and executing a content marketing strategy to generate awareness and interest in the marketplace, over a period of 5 months to deliver the following: up to 20 x 1-1 sessions to Nadeera team.

Assess the current marketing strategy and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the contracted marketing company and the startup team.

Provide support in areas such as analytics, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns.

Work with the startup to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the go-to-market strategy and make data-driven decisions.

Provide insights and guidance on how to communicate effectively the environmental and social impact of the startup’s solution, and how it aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Be available for specific meetings with the startup and the contracted marketing company to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Review and provide feedback on the brand identity and messaging developed by the contracting company, making suggestions for improvements and optimizations.

Submit a report to the program management team after each session; covering progress, challenges faced, and recommendations provided to the team.

Note: The scope of work can be adjusted based on the startup’s specific needs.

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and a proven track record of success in the startup industry.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Experience in the waste management or sustainability industry is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.
